Calliope would be very cool, as well - I would be very interested if you did a kit. ANYTHING to give the bloody Sherman clones some variety besides weathering and stowage!

OK, I saw them in person today. talk about looking like mutants! Arms and legs are totally out of proportion, and the hands look like Mickey Mouse hands! And even more disturbing was that I saw the same line at Meijer today. Now if someone actually LIKES them, Meijer has the figures for a buck cheap...

Right now, I am thinking the best shot at a KT is a 1/16 version from FOV or an RC model.

There are a lot of things that can cause the problems you are having, ranging from setting the air pressure too high or too low to holding the airbrush too close. If you are using a compressor, make sure the pressure range is suitable for the airbrush. I use an Iwata airbrush with a standard 1-gallo...

My Blackhawk and Apache are currently both hanging from the ceiling in my living room at home, but they have also been displayed "on the ground" on horizontal filing cabinets in my office at work. That actually made for a nice display - the choppers on simulated tarmac (printed and mounted on foam-c...

Interesting... I think that answers my question in the other thread, about this being a new Target exclusive line (adding 1/32 to the Bravo Team line), with different detail and material standards. So the original 1/32 Stryker probably WAS canceled and replaced with a Bravo Team version, with reduce...

Looking at the promo pic for the 1/18 Stryker, it has been suspected that it's the 1/32 version they are showing. The detail is better than FOV has historically shown on their 1/18 vehicles--a bit of logic I really don't understand. Seems like it would be easier to include more detail on a LARGER pi...

Interesting how FOV is adopting the Bravo Team logo for their 1/32 line, too. Makes me wonder if the Stryker will be available to e-tailers and TRU as a standard FOV item, or is this for Target only? Maybe it WAS canceled for the regular FOV 1/32 Action/Enthusiast series, and will be a Target Bravo ...

So far, neither Walmart or Target has put any of the IJ stuff on clearance. Meijer had 50% off all IJ figures, so I did pick up a German for $3.44. I did find the cloth covered truck at Target, and paid full price ($19.99) since it's the only one I have ever seen in the area. Plus, according to peop...

I am still up in the air about getting the 88, partially because of the price and partially because the other DAK options to display it with are rather limited without some custom painting. I do think the price on the 88, as well as the availability of the King Tiger and other items, may have been m...

Ironically, this Target has yet to have any of the 4-star 21st stuff. But they have been pretty consistent on FOV 1/18 stuff (not Tiger or M16 yet, though), and a much more limited selection of 1/32 and 1/72. Factor in that they 3 1/72 aircraft they DO have have been moved to the 30% off clearance a...

I was at my local Target and the shelves (and pegs) were pretty bare, but they had already done a reset for position, at least, and new tags were out. One thing I found interesting: not only was there a tag for the standard FOV 1/18 figures ($5.19), but also a tag for "Bravo paratroopers" for $7.99....

Well, my local WM has the Indiana Jones figures NOT on clearance at $6.84, so they obviously didn't get the memo. However, the 5 inch Halo figures (or whatever size they are are on clearance for $7 each. Now if only the King Tigers and 88's would go on clearance, now that the holidays are over... Ju...

It looks like they don't do any of their own photography. Everything I see is right from someone else's site, be it another retailer or the manufacturer. And their organization/search is kind of pain if you don't know exactly what you are looking for and who makes it.

Based on those dimensions, it's about right, then - a 1/18 Tomcat should be about 41-7/8 inches long, which is about 105 cm.

Which makes me REALLY question the shipping costs. I foresee something more like $300 for the plane and $150 for shipping! Plus all those wonderful customs fees...
