Small Scale Military Headquarters

I saw a picture of a Priest on the back of a 21st box in WalMart B'ham.
Perhaps they will be getting these in the future?

Are those the 1/32 scale, which I have yet to lay eyes on, or the 1/18 that have been at WM?

One WM in Birmingham, AL has had the smaller playsets.
I wish they would get the counterattack with the larger bldgs. in.
