Was at the Pleasanton WM today and saw the new 1/32 scale planes. They had the ME-109 tropical, the P-51 and the ME-262. They were on the top shelf so I couldn't get a good look at them but from what I saw they looked pretty cool.

I recently e-mailed the seller and his reply was the company he works for bought too many for Xmas sales and now he has to liquidate them from the warehouse. The jeeps are manufactured by Gate. So grab your $5 and get yourself a good supply of jeeps! :D

I have a feeling this is going to be a breakout year for 21st. Hope it has a ripple effect on the other manufacturers as well especially BBI. Can't wait to see what's going to be released this year! I guess the Dodge trucks and the Panzers were just a sign of things to come! :D

That's funny, I thought they would be the same price as the on-line retailers. For instance, BadCat sells them for $32.95 plus shipping and they come in the new packaging. Might be better off purchasing them on-line. :D

You have quite a collection of Humvees there! I think part of what makes this hobby interesting is the tracking down of items you really want and finding them unexpectedly at a good price! Congrats on your great find! :D

I think the Patton tanks when they first were available went for $49 along with the panther tanks. However, I think most of us here on the board collect these items not to resell them but to enjoy them for what they are. It's only icing on the cake that they will appreciate in value once 21st ceases...

OOPs! Correction. The new CC will not come with his dog. You will have to buy one of the carded versions of Patton to get his trusty dog. Sorry about the mis info there.

Yes, the new CC will come with Patton's dog, the General himself and a driver. If you have the old CC you can outfit it with one of the 3 carded versions of Patton that are available. All the carded versions feature Patton and his dog. Hope that helps.

I always thought the original command car was more suitable for the General since it had the flags. I'm sastified with just purchasing one of the Patton figures and his trusty dog along with a driver and plopping them into the original command car. Viola! You have a Patton command car.

For those of you who have seen the 1/48 items at WM are they selling? It seems that our WM's here have a ton of them sitting on the shelves. The only one we don't have are the M113's.

With the history of WM mispricing 21st items way below their actual retail prices, it was bound to happen that they would misprice an item higher than it's retail price. :D

Just happened to stroll into a local TRU and found a farmhouse playset for $8. It was their last one. I thought TRU had clearanced all their XD stuff sometime ago but they still seem to be reappearing on the clearance shelves. Just makes going to TRU that much more surprising.

FOV has a lot more items in this scale than 21st. As far as detail and display, the FOV gets my nod IMHO. FOV offers dioramas depicting war scenes whereas with 21st, you have to be the creative mind. But don't overlook 21st, their products are very well made and deserve consideration as well.
