Yep, both Walmart and Target appear to have them if you happen to get lucky and find them on the shelf somewhere...

The only thing different is the packaging...

Four Star Military must be the Target packaging. I noticed that they had some armor in the same packaging.

I will also keep an eye out at Walmart and have been watching a few on E-bay as well, but they tend to get a little pricey.

Out of curiousity, were they in the traditional green packaging at Walmart?
