Well, that at least explains the confusion.
Isn't a pak40 using the 88mm gun just mounted differently? Or is it a 50mm or 75mm? My mistake either way.

88mm's
Here are the 88 variants I was talking about. Maybe paint scheme and variant are the mixup words. http://www.toysoldiersusa.com/cgi-local/show_items.cgi?category=King%20and%20Country&subcategory=WORLD%20WAR%20II&subsubcategory=WAFFEN%20SS&offset=20 -see ws18 and ws24 http://www.toysoldiersusa.com/cg...

variants
Fully, I'm confused, let me run this by you to make sure I don't have my facts mixed up, or maybe I worded it incorrectly. There are 3 different variants, the newest on wheels, the static version, and then the stalingrad version. But havent the two prior variants been released a couple times with di...

KING AND COUNTRY BERLIN FIGURES!!!!!
WOW- So I went to Classic Toys today in NYC and they just got their first shipment of Berlin Germans (Russians havent arrived yet) and all I can say is wow. The figures are spectacular. Unbelievable, thats all there is to it. The great coats on the Volksgrenadiers and the SS men are even better than...

That was my reaction when I was looking around for them. It seems that most places arent selling them for much less than that, but yes, if you look around you will find a couple. I'm holding off on that though. They will make more 88's, I mean Andy's made how many now, 5 or 6 different variants? Im ...

Lots of KC Retired Sets
Hey guys,
Check out ebay, some guy just posted a whole slew of different retired sets (search with "King and Country or King & Country, the latter being more effective usually). Too bad no boxes on some, but still good stuff.
PS: I got dibs on all the German stuff so don't bid on it, lol.

I believe that these are actually not new despite the advertisment saying that they are new. These have been out for a while, but the price has dropped on them for some reason. There are 4 versions of this t34 available from britains, one in a 3 tone camo and another in a winter camo along with the ...

Great trades
Hi guys. I just finished trades with Chris and Mark (Agent Dolu and Boss Hogg respectively). Apologies about not posting sooner. They were both a pleasure to deal with. Reasonable, fantastic communication (when discussing terms, we shot emails back and forth 3-4+ times a day) and just good guys in g...

I noticed the very same thing about the vehicles. Wittman's tiger is the perfect example, 4 figures and a tiger tank for 100 bucks. So its like paying 20 for a vehicle (which is cheaper than FOV and about the same as 21st). I therefore can draw no other conclusion than that everyone should collect K...

i agree
THose ws sets are great. I like ws48 in particular. I really like the german soldiers wearing the greatcoats under their camo smocks. the detail of making the coats look like they are blowing in the wind and drapping over the legs is unbelievable. Its actually probably the next set that I am going t...

free shipping
There are a couple of online dealers that hvae free shipping on orders over 100 dollars. I belive sierra toy soldiers is one of them. While the tank is listed at 99.99, you may, if you decide to purhase, want to buy something else that you wanted at the same time in order to save money. Granted the ...

Yep, those are the ones. The photos really don't do them justice though. The figures are absolutely fantastic. I can't wait for the King Tiger and the rest of the Berlin series. Those are the ones that got me into KC in the first place!

King and Country Purchase
Hi all, So I went out and got the Jadgpanther and the new tank riders today (i like them more than the old ones that are still available). The Jadgpanther is fantastic, a great piece. The figures are the real gems though. You can almost see the fear in the eyes of one of the crouching soldiers. Impr...

Yes, I asked before I bought obviously, and he said they were all retail (around $56). I picked up this one (the officer halting everyone) since I haven't seen it really. The other two he had were guys with just caps and I had seen both around so I figured get the officer first. Just so you know, th...

Hi guys, So I got my first NIB K&C today, a helmeted wermacht soldier riding a white horse. Yes, I think to a certain extent it depends on the item. It also depends on how long a set is retired though. A recently retired set wont go for much more because its still around, once suppliers liquidate their inventory, the prices go up substantially. Personally speaking, I like the detail of the...
