I'd like to believe it, especially since we had heard that the KT I have heard that the King Tiger was close but not quite ready. Based upon that, I doubt that production actually started, but I do suspect that there is a big pile of nearly-finished tooling for it somewhere that will probably event...

I heard it right from the "horse's mouth" (so to speak) that this was not a helpful situation, causing significant and unhelpful costs due to increased testing requirements.

To the contrary, 21st is legally obligated to protect the sale of their models here in the US. Their licensing agreements have a clause that says they, as licensee, will take legal action against any third party that attempts the importation or sale of any product protected by trade market and lice...

Personally I always wonder what happened to their A-10 prototype or their, F-4, B-25, or Mig-21 prototype (snicker-snicker) for that matter. I wonder what happened to the KING TIGER prototype. I am sure that the A-10 and the King Tiger went home with employee(s). Hard to say if some of the others e...

holy cow....the spots looking really dark in that picture. So even the more expensive special edition ones have spots. Oh my. I wonder if the custom paint job ones they'll do for $1600 will have spots on them too. Maybe they like the spots and think they look really cool. I wonder the spots are lim...

Re: Admiral Toys...Missing in Action?

It's hard to say. They didn't seem to implode like 21st Century did. The fact that they were still considering new product after problems with moving repaints like the German F-86 and the grey Me-262 suggest that those situations were not as bad at they could have been. I'm just speculating of cours...

Re: Does the world need a 1/18 scale atomic bomb ?

Would this be wrong to make or in bad taste ? Don't think it would be in any worse taste than the German S.S. 1:18 scale figure set, which (within context) is OK I think. Now, if someone buys 100 of these from you to make a shrine in their back bedroom closet then, well, I'm probably not down with ...

anyway it seems a lot of items that had been put in the back for over a year was out on the floor - including warhawks 1:18 - and Dak figures - the going price was 48.99 i think which frustrated me because they had been ob clearance last year... I believe they will have no trouble moving those airc...

I Just remember this being an issue in the past. I was just comparing the issues. Feel free to compare them, but with the correct facts. When you say "a bunch of orders" you are, at best, comparing against an incorrect recollection of the original complaint. There was a thread on this subject here ...

Re: Corey wait up!!

I totally understand both sides of this but, I remember when the Attack on cobra island packs came out you canceled a bunch of order's due to ratio issues and you would have lost money on the sales, but isn't that the same thing? I canceled only three orders out of hundreds for very specific reason...

Their reputation would be s...

I always get a laugh from these "this is not what a real man does" übermacho kind of comments. It's their RIGHT to back out too if nothing's been mailed, not a privilage granted by the seller BTW, where did you come up with this one? Re: hold on...

I really mean this as no offense but that's a bad excuse. :) Well, you (and digger) and I disagree. I believe than when a deal is struck and there has been a agreement to pay, the onus and responsibility then falls on the buyer to either follow through and pay -OR- explain why he/she hasn't done so...

hworth18's corroboration notwithstanding - I guess since neither of us followed up with each other after an agreement was reached, we are both equally at fault. Is that the board's assessment?
