After weeks and weeks of it being dry of anything new, I walked into a Walmart today, and there was an end cap with mostly TLC figures. Finally I was able to score a Henry Sr. figure. He was the only one I was missing. Picked up an extra Colonel Vogel too. I hope we make it to the TOD's before the l...

I would buy it even if he didn't win, simply because it's a cool aircraft. Which version though? the one that got fried on the aircraft carrier or the one he got shot down in? I seem to remember he transfered to another squadron after the fire, but I'm not sure. After the F4 Phantom I think BBI has ...

Hmm... good idea! BBI could do exactly what they did with the Bf-109 with a Spit by simply making a later model like a Mark IX or something. It would still have the classic look, but have just enough visual differences (wing cannon, four-blade prop, canopy framing, radiators, etc.) to not be a copy...

a new plane that makes a splash? I just realized that there seems to be a wildcat chasing the bbi zero on the Badcat aviation title banner. Might this be a hint? That would be totally cool !!! Yeah it's ugly-cute, but such an important airplane some don't realize how important it was before 1943. T...

Thanks guys I like that link you put up picklehaube. It's great to get the history of Rudel. I already have the 21st Winter Stuka, so I don't think I would be into making another. It's good to know the kind of paint they used for winter camo, and how it wears off like that. I have an extra Langley P...

Still none at my Targets since I first saw them. Everytime I go into a Target I check the DPCI number. I've checked so many times I know it by heart now and don't have to write it down anymore.

Sure would be nice to find them at retail. Probably no one is going to carry them though.
The best price I've seen so far is $39 at a few online stores.

2006 was the year I bought the most 1/32. I remember many different Corsairs, all the different Stukas. I got caught up on all the was it 6 Zeros? (not counting the Dogfight pack) Lots of repaints, but it was fun hunting them down. Then all the 109f's and G's I'm still missing a few 109E's. Need to ...

So was the "wash" something they could remove easily or washed off when the weather got warm? I have always been curious about that.
The Russians did the white wash too. I wonder about that also.
It would make sense as the added weight of painting over it again wouldn't be logical.

I sure would like to see those helicopters again at Target. They were a sweet deal at retail of $29 I missed the Blackhawk, but got the Apache.
I can't believe what they are going for on ebay now.
It would be nice to see the Pavehawk re-issued also.

Time for BBI to step in and make the Spitfire. If the mold is broke at 21st, there would be no competition. If they did it with as much detail like the upcoming 109, it would be excellent.

Found 2 spits at a Walmart just outside of town. They weren't with the other 21st toys, and almost hidden in the RC toy section. As soon as the Brit Mustang and FW-190's kinda clear out we might see a bunch of these. I looked and was hoping to spot the desert "White 7" Fw-190, but didn't see it. I'm...

I saw two of these in somebody's hands today. He let me look at them. I didn't see the 109, but he had a Mustang-D and a FW-190. What really got me excited was that these were in color schemes I've never seen before. The Mustang had a black & yellow Checkerboard tail, and the 190 was a Euro Theater ...

Now what we need is a later model Spitfire to go with the BBI Bf-109  Yeah, they could do one with a Euro theater scheme and then one with a tropical intake on the bottom of the engine cowling for desert operations. I for one will be buying this Bf-109. Given BBI's history so far, we'll proba...

I was really looking forward to a 1:18 B-25 from 21st, but I thought when I heard about it "yeah right" I do think that given the way things are going in the 1:18 market, 21st could at least do twin engine bombers in 1:32. I think they would sell very well. Think of it: B-25 HE-111 BF-110 JU-88 C-47...

I'd rather have the A6M2 Zero (Rufe) seaplane in 1/18th! 8) http://www.badcataviation.com/a6ru1frmib1.html Me too!...and didn't the Japanese paint some of them in a funky mauve purple? I'm suprised we haven't seen a custom 1:18 one. As far as this BBi one, I too think it's just too close to the oth...

Haven't seen any Spits here in Albuquerque yet.

Is this in the next wave or case of planes, after the FW-190 Red 19 and the RAF Sharktooth Mustang D?

Are they supposed to ship with the Desert FW-190 White 1 ?
Another plane I want.

Recently most of the 190's have exceeded $100, in bidding wars. Go figure? Other than the rare European exclusive mentioned, the most popular and highest priced one I think is the Michaelski Flight Leader. I'm missing a couple, so I have been watching a few, and they always go too high. I remember W...
