!SOLD! Gentex HGU-2A/P USAF Flight Helmet!SOLD!

Just seeing if there may be interest here for this old filght helmet. I got it from my brother back when he was a crew chief on a B-52 and have been meaning to get it painted just never had time. During some cleaning out I came across it and have decided to get rid of it and would rather sell it her...

PTE Jeep

Hi all. I am looking to acquire a PTE Jeep (similiar to 21st century mutt). I really only need the tires but will take the whole jeep. I have figured a way to add the PTE tires (more correct) to the 21st century Seal jeep and I have one more to finish. If you are looking to trade send me a want list...

I think we are all dying to see a A-10 at some point..... pretty good response so far to the poll. It just goes to show that there are a lot of popular models out there yet to be made. I voted for the Jolly Green myself which was a hard choice for sure as the Skyraider and F-4 would get my money as ...

Flight of the Intruder

Just revisited this old film from 1991 and love seeing the aircraft in action. I wish some of these aircraft would make their way into 1:18 land. A-1 Skyraider HH-3 "Jolly Green Giant" A-7 Corsair C-2 Greyhound F-4 Phantom II MiG-17 A-6A A-6B The A-6 in the movie were A-6E's dressed to the part of A...

the nice thing about the FOV tiger is that i has zimmerit. Only german 1/18 tank that does. Painting it grey would be wrong however, as the 3 colour system was in place before zimmerit came into use. Cool I thought the pic in the database looked like it had zimmermit on it. I guess maybe a paint jo...

Well I for one never saw the FOV Tiger at retail and I welcome any Tiger for under $60. Can a board member that has one of these post some up close pics??

Most definetly probably repaint these Tigers just depends though...for some reason I am stuck on gray German armor.

I like the paint but not even a German cross on this tank. Come 'on why do we have to be politcally correct on these supposedly collector's only models.

yes it is correct. I just verified it using similar triangles. High school geometry to the rescue. :) So, viewing a 1/x scale model at y feet is the same as viewing the full size thing a xy feet. For example viewing a 1/18 model at 10 feet is the same as viewing the full size thing a 18 x 10 = 180 ...

I have always had good dealings with SmallJoes. I would like to know exactly why the three "abusers" had there order cancelled. I think that would clear up the misunderstanding here. If three people were trying to clear these out and "hoard", "scalp" or otherwise renamed as "army building" a product...
