i've always asked myself, why the empty pegs when they never got restock for the last 3 months. shouldn't the pegs removed by now? No. If the business still carries the product, it won't remove the pegs. There are more coming...just slowly. Here in Ky, we've had these figures - and in abundance - s...

1/16 vs. 1/18
Do any/many of you mix and match 1/16 items with 1/18 items? I'veheard things about most 21st Century figures being closer to 1/16 scale than actual 1/18, and so fourth. Is this true? I'm basically asking, because if the sizes aren't too contrasting, investing in 1/16 armor might pay off. It has alw...

The Russians look great. I like all of the German mods; because, I have been doing just what you are, and putting Dragon ponchos, webgear, and weapons on my 21st Century figures for about a year now. Great method or "customizing" figures, indeed. You should try using the Dragon K98s as well as the M...

I'm glad someone else did the research on that, cause I had been thinking about it, but have generally been too lazy to do it. I was thinking yesterday about it having been over a year since we heard word of the KT...and how most toy companies reveal products (or plans for products) and those produc...

It seems like all of them either came with K98s or MP40s, but maybe I'm wrong. I suppose I'm really gearing that comment toward 21st Century, and how all of their troops are basic rifleman. So maybe I should refine that previous comment. I'm just really wanting a machine gun crew, or an anti tank cr...

I'm just trying to wrap my brain around why these companies don't make a better variety of figures. They KNOW we'll buy them. Every figure that comes out is pretty much a rifleman. It's this way with 21stC and FOV. No machine gunners, or anti tank crews, or engineers w/mines, etc etc. They're always...

This paint, or that paint? Paints for customizing figures!
Hello all! I'm somewhat new here, and I'm also somewhat new to the world of customizing figures. WWII figures, anyway. I've customized a few Dragon and 21st figures in the past, and had mixed results. Mainly due to the paints used. So, my question is: In your expert opinions, what brand/types of pai...

I got lucky, and found the truck at this tiny Wal Mart in my home town -- which is also, tiny. I also found the staff car, but didn't buy that. I haven't seen it or the staff car anywhere else since. Stores like that are always best for finding the "hard to find" stuff, cause the toy collecting crow...

Sculpted limbs are alright. When 21st came out with this recently, it was hailed as a great innovative feature. Nevermind that Dragon had this feature for years, and was considered by many as a "flaw". I didn't say they were a flaw. I was just expressing my feelings towards the articulation the 21s...

I sent them my 2 cents. Hopefully more people will jump on board and send them emails requsting more 1:18 One can only hope. The only problem with Dragon doing some new 1/18 figures, is that they'll most definately have pre sculpted limbs, and lack the kind of articulation that would promote using ...

That is a cool accessory. Who in the heck knows why they don't pack that with the new riflemen...or why they don't pack in Thompson ammo pouches on the figures that have Thompsons, hah. Either way...back to the original topic...I hope we see that US machine gunner in stores sometime before we all di...

I think that's the M1 with the bayonet that was used in the original paratrooper line. It always had a sling on it. It may be a different rifle, though. That's also the rifle that came with some of the Dday riflemen. I do like how the new US troops have newly sculpted boots. The wraps are much short...

21st Century Panther s2 (ambush)
I'm kind of new here. I've been reading for months, but just recently started posting. So it's sorta like having 0 feedback, I know. As of right now, I can only find one s2 panther on Ebay, and I haven't had any luck anywhere else. PM me or catch me on AIM - punksicle138 - if you have one you're wil...

I know we've got some news buzzing about the KT and the 88, and now we've actually got the new DAK guys and the Bruno figures, and they rock; but what about those other two German figures (one with an Stg) and the kneeling US infantry...and, the super cool looking US machine gunner? Has anyone heard...
