Is Franz Stigler's aircraft amongst the new offerings by 21st? If so, which one? Just checked BCA's site but couldn't find it.

It appears that there will be a 2nd release in a winter scheme. Found this on the Motor Pool's homepage:

I do recall a posr several months back regarding a local dealer bringing in such stuff Down Under (can't recall which). You might wan...

Are these 1/18?

Can anyone read Japanese?

I'm referring in particular to the Chippy Ho version. Seems like an exclusive to this retailer.

Thanx very much for the pics Digger. :D Now I see which part you were referring to. Yep, you were right on that the greenish hue does look more conspicuous upclose. But its quite alright from afar. My guess is that they were trying to achieve the 'whitewashed effect' ie showing traces of the origina...

two completely lost figures that belong in neither era
I can see what you mean Digger. The guy on the left can pass for a 'Nam-era grunt. However, the right seems to've what looks like a present-day body armor painted over in a paint scheme similar to those used in Vietnam.[/code]

Thanx for the intel Digger. As to your observation about the different paint tones. I took a closer look at the pic of the boxed vehicle on SBP's site. Would you by any chance be referring to the shades of brown? I think that might be the 'weathering' applied at the factory. Thanks again. Cheers! BT...

G'day all, For those of you that've seen the winter panther up close, how does it compare with the earlier 2 XD panthers? I've noticed that the winter ones doesn't have its tools, tow cables etc as detailed /painted like the ambush version? Contemplating getting the winter scheme one hence, would lik...

Any chance of a 1/18 King Tiger?

Vaguely recall hearing on some earlier post either here or from GP's old board after a toy show that 21st might be releasing a King Tiger in its XD line? Wonder if this is a possibility? Or how abt BBI? Anyone heard anything so far? Thanks. I've heard of the FOV 1/16 offering but the unaccurate pain...
