And I'm still getting a 1:16 tank this year and jumping into that on some level... I mean, why not? They look like a blast, and if nothing comes out in 1:18 armor then I'm not going to be bored waiting anyway for my WW2 armor fix. Hey Jesse James, I'm sure you have been coached by the tankers here,...

I agree with questions being repeaded on two (or more) boards, but honestly the 118th (? did I get that right) board -in my opinion- is too negative. Again - this is my opinion only - and not meant to flame the other board, but the SSHQ guys seem the best as far as not going off on rants, raves or ...

O'Reilly is fairly centered on a lot of his views, I think he just likes to bully people and call them stupid. It's the smaller AM radio hosts that get a bit radical.

I mixed it up on their anti Obama threads, and was presented with a bunch of Bill O'Reilly's hurling personal insults, and attacking me.

That's funny stuff there. A few of them make O'Reilly look like a liberal.

wow pcsguy88, Seems like you are bringing the negativity and personal attacks from that site, here. One of the reasons I left. What seems to be on your personal agenda, that you are bringing this up now? This thread was just pointed out to me tonight by a fellow SSHQ member. I have no personal agend...

Wow, what an interesting development on BC How certain are they its really Robert Miller of BC? Could be unlikely coincidence because of common name? I've read from here there are neg vibes of this company but this is a real eye opener for me, totally mythbusterly busted He mentioned himself he was...

I would like to hear from the industry why helicopters have been ignored. Jason, can you offer any thoughts? Bbi did such a great job on the few they did with the Kiowa and Lil' Bird really shining. The smaller ones were easily flown around the house and fairly rugged. Now the Apache and Blackhawk a...

I'm passing on the F-14 so I can have room for the F-15E with full payload. Then again, I was also waiting on a certain confirmed Stryker and Dauntless.

If it comes, it comes, until then I'll be playing with my 1:16 tanks with a smile.

i read the thread on the 1-18th board. They certainly say it like it is... I get the impression they don't care much for Badcat Toys, over there. Perhaps i'm reading too much into it. What was the reference about bad blood between them and us? I wasn't aware there is bad blood between them an...

I loooove my 1/16 T34, blows away even the 21st 1/18 tanks Probably going to switch over fully, especially since FoV has the extreme metal tanks with detail far surpassing anything 1/18 Once I realised how much I enjoyed building, repairing, customizing and driving these things, I sold off all of m...

I do believe an Elephant is on the way since Asiatam is selling sprockets and tracks on their site. This is very much the same way we found out about the KV-1. Obviously Heng Long is going to release a KV-2 next year and are releasing the Panther G this month, but no good rumors beyond that. They su...

Good detective work. I wonder if they had them up for buyers to see. I'm going to take a wild guess and say the $280 one has the cockpit lights and the $1600 has all the lights, the custom paintjob and other bells and whistles. If the $280 one has all the lights, it's a no brainer. $50 is well worth...

Good catch on the pics. My dumbass saw the new ones and completely missed all the wires.

$1600 is way too much for me, but it is amazing they are offering factory customs to the public. A high-viz Sundowners would look purdy spiffy on a stand with the lights on.

Talk about info that wasn't to be released for a few more weeks. I know what is special about this edition and must say it is unlike ANYTHING bbi or 21C did.

I've seen the modern troops around lately in KC. If the M1's and M3's are rereleased, I'm going to feel a bit guilty after mine sold for more than my F-18.

I forgot you have to be registered to post or view attachments. That's standard for any board that uses an upload system. We do have a secret society over there too. Actually, you really don't welcome "all comers". This board is pretty good at driving newbs away because they wanted to join in on custom fun and don't have well developed skills. This guy opens himself up for critism when he claims to be an expert and for all we know, he is. Maybe he's got a fetish for 1 of a kind obscure german patterns and has a pic.
