And thank you gliderdwm for being honest. It is funny to see some of the junk sold on Ebay and comment on it. But the absolute bashing and insults that followed do not enhance anyone's life and they certainly don't put members of this board in a favorable light. That's not a big deal if you don't ca...

On this forum we welcome all comers, but please don't insult us by calling yourself an expert and then showing us that you are NOT an expert.... This man may be a talented painter but his paint job not accurate for any WW2 theater. TTT Actually, you really don't welcome "all comers". This bo...

Looking at JSI's schemes for the F-15I and SU-27, I feel they know exactly what they are doing and will keep themselves alive by marketing to the world, not the US. I can certainly live with that as long as the keep pumping out the modern goods.

Seriously, why must 1/18 companies step on each other's toes? This always leads to lower sales for both and cancellations. I wish we could vote on which companies were allowed to produce which eras.

We need the choppers! I agree partly with Corey, I think the paint and QC will be better, hence the premiums we will be paying. I also feel the differences are important for any collector/buyer dealing with loose birds on ebay. Like most things, the originals will be more valuble if they are distinct.

I just pray JSI does not cause Admiral to craw in a hole for a while. I really want that Dauntless to complete my carrier wing. Hopefully JSI sticks with modern, Admiral can have WWII, bbi can split the difference and Unimax will provide us with cheap armor.

I would love a black P-38. Anything but silver please. This news sucks for Admiral if PH's intel is correct. It seems like they are leaning heavily on their F-86 repaints.

PCSGUY88: Do you know if the ebay seller's upcoming BBI F-16s are the Wolfpack or Enduring Freedom? I've been thinking about this a lot over the past week. My gut feeling is that he will backdoor whatever planes are heading to Germany. The timing is the same. I will be all over it if he does turn u...

I've been talking to him on the side and it looks like he gets his stuff from the factories. He told me the bbi F-16's will be available next month. That caught my attention. O'yeah, I bought his last Dauntless and he found damage, so he went and swapped it for a new one at the factory and bought ov...

I think it's a small model maker and it costs around $1400. Not one of the big 3. The detail in the cockpit is well above anything I've seen.
