Re: Bell UH-1B IROQUOIS "HUEY" 1:18 JSI Merit 60007 PREORDER

As for Vietnam helos, this is our only one haha. The Cobra is post war, think maybe the '80s. We still need a UH-1D/H Slick, OH-6 Cayuse (not the Little bird) maybe a CH-47 Chinook too as all eras can enjoy it.

Re: 1/18 Huey B from JSI exclusive for Merit International

I missed out on the original 21C run so I am happy that they are coming back. It also helps that this model "Ace of Spades" of the 174th AHC is my favourite model of UH-1B/C of the war, as was the F-14 from VF-84. At $100, I cannot pass this up. It does suck that there may not be any figures. Merit ...

Finally something up my Vietnam alley. How does the PTE Mutt fair against the 21C version? Still mad that JSI isn't planning on doing a Vietnam era mutt.

Should I be excited over the Easy Rider Huey? Any idea if they will focus on other aviation company? Will they continue the 173rd Airborne theme and do the 335th Cowboys Avn?

I got mine this morning but had to wait to open it tonight as I was just heading out the door haha. I'm in awe of it's size. This is my first and only 1:18 scale aircraft as I only collect 1:72's. It's massive! I had a time connecting the cockpit to the aft of the aircraft but did it after more than...

Oh god. I spent so much money on it and it will look like that!?!?! It would almost cost the same amount of the aircraft to get it painted properly! I need some assurance that it's not the finished product, that it's just pictures before it's 100% done. How can they make it so good and then make the...

Yea I can't wait until JSI does them again. I need at least one 174th AHC "Sharks" Huey. I'm a 173rd guy though so I'd love to see the 335th AHC "Cowboys" or "Casper" Platoon hueys. I already have the Hobbymaster models but need something for my 1:18 Nammers to fly in. Any chance on making a UH-1D? ...

I couldn't choose between the chinook and stallion......both are equally important to me. Same with me. The closest thing we have on the market in a small scale for the Stallion is that damn Transformer Blackout haha. The Chinook would sell like crazy since it's been used since the 60's to today al...

BBi 173rd Airborne Brigade Sgt. Brooks Question

Hey, I'm a 173rd re-enactor and I'm just curious if Sgt Brooks comes with a 173rd patch? Kinda wished 21C's 173rd guys had patches too. Thanks.

Yea if the A-37 was done then it would be a lot easier to do the Tutor. I love my country and the pilots that fly them, but the Tutor should have been replaced 20 years ago and now we have pilots not dying from manoeuvres but from aircraft problems. Anyways their isn't enough interest to do it in 1/...

The ZIS-151 was built until 1965 and was replaced by the ZIL-131 which started production in 1967. To my thinking the 151 would be used until the late 60's and the 131 would show up closer to 1971-72 as the NVA were gearing up for the 1972 offensive and the US incursion in 1970 would require more tr...

This sounds pretty cool. I don't like VF-154 but maybe I could put Jolly Roger decals on it? Maybe they could produce plain versions and sell decal sheets? I wouldn't want to pay $200 for a squadron I didn't want at all.
