Re: Hobby Link Japan???

I've bought from them over the years with no problems and more so since the yen was devalued. I'd probably have bought more but their diecast selection is low or out of stock from what it was like years ago. I guess they sell more of those Japanese dolls.

The panzerstahl look great but the wheels and turret do not rotate!
The gun does not elevate!

Have to agree with you on that "Kubelwagen ambulance"
I'd like them to release a 1/32 German and American tank transporters. Enough with the ambulances!

Re: Canadian - best place to buy Online

Before you order, always check the shipping from the States (USPS = yes, but UPS = no) and handling fees and markup
Try Modelers Choice or Merritt, they are the best IMHO

Re: Panzerstahl 1/72 88 pictures

Before you buy make certain you ask the seller if the gun rotates and elevates.
I bought some of their SK234s and wasn't happy the gun and wheels were fixed :( but they did have a nice aerial.

Looks really neat displayed with the crew pix.
Do you have to damage the box in order to remove it?
Are the planes packaged seperately?

Re: King & Country Prices....Out of Control!

I bought a couple of their airmen to see what they were like.
Very nicely done
You can't mix them in with 1:32 scale airmen but they look OK by themselves next to a plane.
Could never afford any of the planes or tanks.

Re: Forces of Valor/ Panache finally get a new website

Thanks for the info.
Too bad it doesn't have a what's new or soon to be released section unless I missed it.
Some of the new stuff like the ambulance is missing.
If only they would do a 1/32 US or German Tank Transporter

Re: Oxford 1/72 Diecast military aircraft

I like having pilots but these planes don't have landing gear which is a non-starter for me.
That's why they don't cost much
Nice Arado, always liked the float planes :D
What scale is it?

I waited for the Panzerstahl because of their aerials so I'll have to wait for HM to release another version otherwise its e-bay I think.

Re: 1/144 DRAGON ARMOR LEOPOLD RAILWAY GUNS ARE BACK!!!

I bought quite a few from this series when it first came out. They don't exactly fit n-scale (1/148 I think) track but close enough when I tried to make up a longer armored train on a siding. I was hoping they would do a locomotive and who knows maybe that will happen one day. as it was years before...

Re: review of the PanzerStahl Sd.Kfz.234 series

I was disappointed that the turret and wheels don't move. The wheels I can live with but IMHO at that price the turret should move. Frankly I expected more from a German company based on the quality of the antennas and detail but I assumed wrong. I should have noticed they did identify when the turr...

For me its a diorama situation, the wheels are not a big deal but would have really liked a rotating gun turret.

Re: New Panzerstahl 2011!!!

Just got the 88013 Sd.Kfz.234/2 'Puma' - 2.Pz.Div., Normandy 1944 First off, the wheels do not roll and the gun turret does not rotate either. Also the gun barrel doesn't elevate/depress. Based on price I assumed they would. However not knowing that much about the Puma I thought maybe the turret did...
