you may be able to mass produce that thing and sell it to Walmart - we may see more of yours on the aisle than the one comming from 21st!!

They're doing one in 1:18. It was announced last August and was thought to be a part of the previous wave of new armor that included the Pioneerpanzerwagen, the Stuka zu Fuss, the M-16, and the Pak-40 gun, but turned out not to be. It is not out as of yet, but I'm sure we'll see it sooner than later... The pictures are of the concept model, from the initial Area21 announcement:

actually, one of the pictures is of a Blue Angels F-18....but the other is of the 21c pakwagen (aka homowagen). :D

They're also coming out with a 1/18 88mm flak gun and King Tiger this year. Plus hopefully other goodies too. :)

Imageshack was doing something screwy, and uploaded a picture I posted a few minutes ago - it was supposed to be the hanomag  It happens from time to time...

All fixed now

I would LOVE to see the engineer track and the PAK track in 1:32 as well!

How come 1:18 gets all the good stuff?

Opposite?

All the variant Hummers, SEAL jeep, modern special forces soldiers, B25, P38, MIG, Sabre, German PAK track, German engineer track, helicopters, etc.

To be fair, when 21st or BBI releases something new, they should put it out in BOTH scales or even in all 3 scales (now that they have added 1:48 to the mix).

Ohh well.

I think it's balanced, there is no Macchi, P-39, Demag, 8 ton halftrack, Stug, Pzkpfw III, Brummbar, Flakpanzer, Panzerspahwagen 222, Jagdtiger, Chaffee, Dozer and Mineclearer Shermans, Opel Blitz, Priest, Sdkf 4, GPA, Schimmwagan, M3 Grant, Stuart, Jagdpanther, and all the modern stuff in 1/18.

So we are both screwed in certain areas

Ya do have a point.

That's why I say, they should start releasing in 3 scales.

But are they going to listen to us?

Doubtful.

There WAS a time 21st listened (back in their 1:6 days) , but I doubt that time will come again.
