1/12th Scale Replica of Little Boy

Post by YT » Mon Mar 29, 2010 7:50 pm

New this month from Masterpiece is a 1/12th scale replica of the first atomic bomb, Little Boy. Accurate solid resin cast body, multiple resin part tail-fin assembly and finely detailed accessories make this a showpiece model. This kit also includes parts to assemble the loading trailer - the perfect accessory for displaying the bomb. Price is $64.99US. Coming soon is a 1/12th scale replica of the Fat Man atomic bomb.

Thanks for the heads up.

1/12 is a might big but close enough. I guess this kills my idea of doing it in 1/18th scale.

I am glad you posted this before I started mine.
Kirk Douglas : Mine hit the ground first
John Wayne : Mine was taller

I knew this had been discussed, but I couldn't remember the details.
