Holy crap this guy is awesome! Aluminum too, wow. He's got to have a fortune invested in each one. That B-17 is by the far the best scratch build I've ever seen bar none.

In the site it says none of the models pictured are for sale, and that he works for some aircraft art company or something like that. I guess he makes a model and then other craftsmen reproduce that model in limited quantities for discriminating collectors. I have learned when the label "discriminating collector" is used in any way to describe a product it means I can't afford it, lol. It also says he hopes to produce a line of building guides designed to teach other people his craft. In my opinion this guy is one of, if not the best modeler I have ever seen. I mean, I can usually look at other peoples work and feel confident that with some time and dedication I could match or be in the ball park but with this guy, I don't even show up on the same map as him.

He works for http://www.fineartmodels.com/home/index.asp
I called fine arts some time ago and they said his stuff runs around 10,000 ----the Sky's the limit. besides he only makes the prototypes...the models are made somewhere in Eastern Europe.
