4 for Victory Prize??
No worries! I didn't take any offense and after reading my own post I can see how some could have been taken from my post. I certainly didn't mean it exactly like that. I love seeing what people have done and truely there are some very skilled people in the hobby! I wish we could see more of those projects.
21c last week mailed me a pic of a guy who did a NASA starfigher! It looked pretty sweet. Kinda made me want to do one.

I am in. But mine is on its way to Tallahassee. I can't get it re-routed till it arrives there and then they will ship it back to New Orleans. Being an ex refugee is not all that fun. A third of my mail still goes to Fla. It is no fun when the bills are late and you have no idea were they are to pay them.

Well, my Tender Terror was delivered today......
But not to me........ And the sad thing is, I don't even have a clue as to where it could have gone.
I am very upset, and I hate how UPS will pretty much do whatever the hell they want. They should have taken the delivery exception seriously and figured out a way to get it back to 21st.
And 21st should have sent out address confirmation requests before they shipped these things to addresses that were given to them a year and half ago...
I am soooooooooo upset, I can't even freakin' handle it right now................

I want to let everyone know that the fine folks at 21st are doing their best S&R, ever! I should have good news, and relief, in a couple days. Just please let me know if any of these show up on E-Bay in a couple days...I'll be nervous if it does!!

I just got home and found my 2 Mustangs on my front porch. I took one out to take a couple pics.

It came with two green bombs too.
I'm happy with it.

Good looking plane.... I like the REAL nose art. I think the best thing about it though is how much the overall look is improved by fixing the prop. I would say that was the only issue keeping the 21C Mustang from being the best of the bunch. Looks like she's on top now.
Congratulations fellas!

Good morning guys. By looking at the pics Tender Terror looks awsome. I like the fixed prop and correct tire colors. Mine is arriving today!! . I am so stoked to be getting this baby. With Tender Terror and the corrections 21st now has the BEST Mustang on the market no question. When I get home today from work and look over mine I will give my thoughts on it further. But nice work 21st, you have made this Aces very happy.

You guys have me worried. I should have my plane as I'm just north of them but 3 hours. Anyway to find out if your order has left for delivery? I would like to know what is up. The last e-mail I got on this was from Zach in October and from 21st C in November. Should I e-mail them? Thanks

WOW - I got mine in the mail today.
Great looking bird - and the aircraft looks good too!
Can't wait to get it out of the box and put it together.
The pilot looks like a brand new sculpt. Anyone know if this is suppose to be a likeness of the real pilot?

Got mine yesterday, as we were hit very hard with the recent ice storm and haven't had power or phones since about the 14th so it was a great surprise. I hadn't been able to keep up here with the news, only got the phones back this am so it was quite awesome when the UPS guy delivered them. Awesome plane, glad I participated!!

I got mine about 6pm last night. My thoughts? Well here it goes.............. In the very beginning I was critical about 21st Century making the new tool Mustang. I said there was no way it could match the BBI Mustang and that all 21st was doing was ripping off BBI. Boy how wrong I was. I got Petie The 2nd and it was my first new tool Mustang and I have to admit I was very impressed. What I didnt like was the bent prop blades and the grey tires and I felt that the cockpit wasnt as good as the BBI Mustang cockpit. Other then that it was a very impressive plane and it changed my attitude towards the new tool Mustang. At the time and secretly I participated in the 4-For Victory Promotion and boy I'm glad I did! The Victory Mustang as I call it is more then impressive it is outstanding. Corrected prop blades the correct color tires, and the paint work and art work have made this the best Mustang in my book ever produced so far and whats best is that it is a collectors item being that it was only produced for us Aces who took part in the campaign, so they are very rare. I thought the Certificate Of Authenticity was a nice touch and the letter was funny in the beginning where it said "The 21st Century Dept Of Defense" that was a funny line and I thought it was very cool.
This all being said I'm very proud to have taken part in the 21st Century campaign and being known as an Ace. I like others like me own a very beautiful Mustang and we should be very proud of it because its a very rare peice and us Aces are part of history and our Mustangs prove it. This weekend I'm gonna buy a camera and snap some pics of it to post on here. The wait was worth it. Again I know am proud to say I own one of the rarest Mustangs ever made and it makes me very proud.
Thanks a million 21st.

Got my plane last night too. Great looking plane. I was hoping I could keep it unopened, but the canopy came off (most likely during shipping) so I had to open it to place the canopy back on. I think the best part is the Certificate. Hand signed and everything. Will look great framed and displayed next to my Tender Terror.
If I were to guess this is going to be the most rare promotion that 21st C put on. The next one will have many more participates. 21st C grest big brownie points for this. I'm going to write a thank you e-mail to 21st C for this plane.

Thats what I'm gonna do with the certificate as well, put it in a frame. I'm gonna do that with the letter they sent as well to. I dont think 21st will have a promotion like this again for a long while but what do I know? It could happen again. As they say we shall see. But 21st hit the jackpot with Tender Terror with all the corrections to the prop and wheels and the next batch of Mustangs should look very good to with the new fixes added. I know I will get Old Crow and BBD. After that the door will be closed on my Mustang collection UNLESS we see a P-51B in 1/18th scale. I would love to see that.

Tender Terror has arrived!
It is a beauty indeed. Best quality 1:18 Mustang to date.
Will put her together this weekend. She is going on display with the rest of the air force.
Emotion...

I really wish now that I would have gotten in on it. I just didn't have the resources at the time to lay it out on the extra 190s. Oh, well! I guess I know better for the next time.
