Oh my! I'd say they got the wings mixed up!! The E wings are painted to go with the G and the G wings with the E.
A major #@!*# -up.
Like the idea though.

I saw it in a blink of an eye. Don't be too hard on him. I might make that kind of mistake with mixing up turrets or tracks on armor.

Kinda thought that too but was giving some space for artistic license. Didn't want to pile on and nitpick everything, like why the one train car appears to be on tank tracks instead of railroad tracks, but then I know little about railroads.Crazy Kraut wrote: ↑Fri Nov 15, 2019 5:05 amUnfortunatelly they are all painted completely for the wrong planes ;-(

Re: Something new from Austria
Well I still applaud his effort toward the general idea. These things don't always go right. At a recent model contest someone entered a Fokker Tri-Plane. They went to great lengths to run wires for X bracing from the fuselage area out to the struts on both the upper and middle and then the middle and lower wings. Problem was, the Fokker Tri-plane had no such wire wing braces, just the single pair from the fuselage up to the top wing.

I like these railway transport cars. They would look good with armor or vehicles on them, great
for a diorama.

That was the main plan behind this project.
For fast pictures he put it together. The tank tracks got nothing to do with the railway transport cars.
The big failure with the Messer-wings still sucks

Yes I saw the wings but I figured enough was said about them.
I must say he did do a wonderful paint job on them.
