I'm here a couple of times a day checking out what members post. I'm still trying to figure out what to do to replace photobucket. Once I do I will start posting pictures again of my collection and my WIP.

Hi Razor; I don't have a group, i just look at everyones pages. The main ones that are really great are : Edwin Vandermeulen
Four State Modelers Club
Scale model historians
Scale Model and Diorama
MRAP Vehicles/ Real and Models in Scale
Aces High Hobbies
Rodney's Diorama Gallery
The dioramas made from gaming pieces on bottle caps are really amazing as are all the ships with the water rolling over them. It seems as though most of the pieces are made by eastern European and Asian modelers. Since I have the modeling skills of a spastic chimp I am really in awe of all these people.

I'm still here. I've been traveling and off the grid for work more. I've also been busy with family and renovating an old house. Most of my time and hobby money has been going to my old Porsche. I just picked up another as if I need another project.

I'm still interested in the 1:18 hobby and eagerly awaiting Pickel's Hind. Although I want to downsize my figure and vehicle collection.

Occasional lurker, never posted very often to begin with. In about once a week usually to lust after Pickel's project du jour. For the most part I've moved on to collecting actual military items ie ordinance, flight helmets, uniforms. Still have my 1/18 collection, keeping an eye out for couple pieces which have eluded me. Occasionally wondering if I could live with just one F-14 considering the prices they seem to command now. And shortly thereafter coming to my senses. Now back to the shadowy recesses.

I'm still here, but rarely check in these days. Still have my collection though, and still active behind the scenes.

I’ve been busy with classes for college working towards a degree in history. I will probably be more active again around the holidays when I am off

Still here but don't visit as often since the demise of 21st Century and the lack of new releases. I really had my hopes pinned on an 1/18th F-4 whether from Admiral or 21st. Also the Skyraider...what a missed opportunity but understand why it never came to fruition. I still have a sizeable collection but there will come a time when it all has to go. Gone back to plastic kits and studio scaled sci-fi stuff.

At a recent large trade model show here in the UK (Telford Sacel Model world) I spoke to the guy from HpH - Czech custom model maker and builder of 1:1 gliders. He mentioned a few 1/18th projects- get the impression a Mirage or Mig-23 might be on the way - but these are fibreglass kits and you need some serious skills to tackle them, furthermore price will be high. The best thing about such fibre glass offerings is unlike resin they will never suffer from droopy wings and won't be as heavy. They had a 1/48 B-36 test shot which I might be going for....very big...very expensive.....

I am still around, but not real active. I bought packages of waterslide decals a few years ago to do some more custom paint, but they are still packaged. It seems that lately I am mostly collecting dust on my planes. I still want to get a 190A, but just have not been aggressively searching. I have contemplated selling (1/18 planes are all I collect), but haven't convinced myself that I want to part with them.

probably, mostly, still here- the dust does hang around longer than it used to; fill in an empty space with and old, previously unwanted scheme on occasion- just to keep a semblance of interest, you know...
