Thanks. I'm definitely picking them up at the Toy Soldier show in less than two weeks.

:D Just received 2 boxes from TSSD,My major qibble is that the rifles are a bit "Skinny" and I would have liked them to have a colour that matched the Airfix figures but otherwise I like them and most of the poses.Hopefully Pegasus will start upscaling more of their 1/72 sets to 1/32.But why why why do figure makers NEVER give the German officers a Helmet??LOL.

I received 3 boxes in the mail today from TSSD also.

My thoughts:
The Sculpting is EXCELLENT!
The Poses are GOOD.
The number of Poses is GOOD. (10)
BUT, I think the plastic may be a little stiff, I would have preferred a flat softer plastic.
Nice variety of weapons, BUT they could have included one guy with a FG-42.
They match perfectly with the classic AIRFIX 1:32 Germ. Paratroopers!
"PEGASUS" takes the AWARD for the BEST GERMAN PARATROOPERS EVER MADE!
DEFIANTLY RECOMMENDED!

I just wish the plastic was a little softer, with a nicer color.
How was the toy soldier show?
What did you score?
I'll bet there were lots of rare gems?

The show is actually tomorrow. The show is held at the Woodfield Hyatt. Since Wednesday the vendors are selling their wares from their rooms. There are vendors form all over the country and the world. Of course I was there Wednesday, Thursday and today.
I've had good luck with picking up loose figures from Conte, K&C. I also picked up Britains' Modern British soldiers carrying a wounded comrade on a srtretcher. Picked up the Britains for $35. FOV is abundant, new and old. One dealer has all the new stuff on sale for $50. Tomorrow I'm picking up Thomas Gunn's new scout tank/Panzer and K&C's Soviet armored car.

I also picked up some loose Figarti figures. I purchased a Minichamp tank for $5. I also bought the Airfix Daimler armored car (plastic) for $15.
The Figarti 1/32 planes are unbelievable. The B-25, Doolittle's B-25s are so cool. There's a Wildcat, Mosquito, Stukas, V2, Vietnam Hueys. Very very nice but expensive. They go for @$380. Tomorrow I'll be back and I hope the dealers want to unload their stuff rather than take it home with them.
I saw those new Soviet plastic pre-WWII and WWII soldiers. Not bad but they run $35 and $45. Expensive for plastic.

I would have bought one box of each of the new 1:32 Soviets, regardless of the price.
In fact I would love to score some now.
Who was selling them?
Early Soviets are a much need gap to fill.

Plastic General[/quote] :?: Are you asking about the new set that includes the crouching Female figure or the other 1930's style set,the seller on Ebay that I gave you his name before has all the sets except the "Crouching Female" one available right now.

Hobby Bunker had them as well as the Marx Man. There was one other dealer who had them but I can't recall the name. My suggestion would be to call Matt at Hobby Bunker. I mean get on the phone....

Both. Hobby Bunker had them at the show. $35 for the pre WWII and $45 for the other. Too expensive. The plastic on the $45 was less than appealing....

Here alex2010collection.
I can tell you a small secret. Engineer Bassevich continued to work on other sets. I think that in the year 2014 will be Soviet soldiers of WWII. Price soldiers of Engr. Bassevich is also high. But this can be explained by objective reasons. A lot of marriage is thrown. In Russia have never done such complex molds. Production is unknown. And it is therefore very difficult.

Some of the information about the soldiers of the Brest fortress (manufacturer-Publius). Soft soldier material. But this stuff is not polyethylene. I think the material is PVC.For those who want to buy the set, I can make a suggestion. According to your request I can buy from Publius several sets. And add this as a bonus to soldiers of Engr.Bassevich. Publius sells its set for 40 dollars. I sell at the same price (+ PayPal charges).
