I haven't had any problems with their service. Stuff ships fast and I'm on the East coast.

I have purchased from them several times, and I have also dealt with their customer service on returns. Never had any problems.

Why? I am thinking to buy from them as well.

I've always had excellent service from Badcat and bought many, many, items from them over the years, particularly back in the heyday of 21c and the 1:18 hobby when they had a tremendous selection, very decent prices, and were always the first store to get the new items. I've not bought too much from them lately as it seems they've inflated their prices moreso than some of the other retailers and have lost a little bit of their edge. Still great customer service.

Well first let me say I had years of good dealings with them before I stopped dealing with them. Most people will feel the same way. It was simply a bad customer service issue and nothing more. Sometimes all it takes is one bad transaction or in this case attempted transaction to make you realize that what others have said in the past is actually correct. Nothing more to really say about it. I wouldn’t let one bad review stop you from buying. The majority of my dealings went just fine. I just wont be sending them any more of my money.

I have spent alot of money with them in the past and they were great to work with. Great customer service and quick delivery. I haven't purchased much lately but wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

Thanks
Eric

Well I tell you they have always been fair to me.

Original Xd is getting hard to come by now . Their prices reflect that now .

A long time ago , they listed a bunch of items up on e-bay and they fetched terribley high prices.

A few board members slammed them for that.

BUT THEY THING IS , THEY LISTED THEM FOR ONLY $1 !!!! IT WAS THE BUYERS WHO DROVE UP THE PRICESES :o

I have gotten some great deals from their dent and scratch sales.

Heck the Me-262 I am using for my Horten came from them. They ALMOST gave it to me.

Of course it did have some added features that their regular stock did not have.

It was COVERED with California brown dirt / dust . I MEEN COVERED and had just a bit of bird poop on it. :D :D :D

So I give them a big thumbs up !!
Kirk Douglas : Mine hit the ground first
John Wayne : Mine was taller

Never had any issues with BadCat myself, although I have heard of some other complaints about them.

If they have what you want, for the price you are willing to pay, I say go for it. But it does pay to be patient, and to shop around.

I live an hour away from them and have always had excellent service from them (actually when I showed up at their store front, they gave me a tour ... it was a great experience).

I certainly recommend them and continue to shop with them, though I do mix it up and also have a few other regular retailers I shop with as well.
