This is a must and should be fairly inexpensive in terms of other 1:18 scale product. It would sell out instantly as well:

I can only agree with that. This one would be really nice to have in 1/18.
Btw... what scale is it?
We still need more new 1/18 aircraft!

YES INDEED! Such an historic aircraft, and many still going strong around the world. Good choice.

I believe it is the Italeri 1/72 scale kit. It is from a modellers website and is not mind.

Awesome choice. You're right, you'd think someone would have made it by now. I'd be in for a couple of them!

I agree in full. They should have done it instead of putzing around with the F-104.

That's a cute little helicopter, but I much prefer having the F-104!

Sacrilege! The 104 is an amazing model. And was a sales success to boot.

Yes! Bell 47G and H-13 medevac. They are especially needed in 1/18.

I'd be in for a couple. Then again, I'm a little biased. My wife's cousin actually owns a 47G and flies it.

This is it:

This is my youngest daughter in it:

Yeah, this would be on my "must have multiples of" list if produced in 1/18th scale. I think it would be a hot seller in the larger market as well.

I don't think it would be less expensive to produce though as the open tubular frame means that they'd have to mold all the intricate engine details etc. Ideally I'd want the 1/18 frame to be metal since it would be so fragile in plastic that sales of superglue and tiny steel pins would skyrocket due to repairs.

That right there was what i was thinking, unless it was done using the softer plastic Bbi used for helo tails and skids.

Though with that route you run into the potential for the tail assembly to warp, similar to the baskets on the Abrams.

I've liked that helo ever since I had the Dinky/Corgi one when I was a kid.
That would be a cool one in 1:18.
