Predator movie customs

Post by blaster_e11 » Sat Sep 08, 2007 9:08 am

Here's my 1st try to add wrist articulation to a fig

base fig is a BBI combat command with painted face (no more mustache) and arms (to hide the ugly black elbow articulation)

since i couldn't manage to unscrew the damn torso, i cut his wrists and try to add some articulation. Otherwise i'd have just switched the arms.

I think it turned out ok for a 1st try (i don't have a dremmel so it was a pain to make the wrist articulation  )

lmk what you think about him

Looks like he's right out the movie (and about to get zapped by the predator).. ;)

Nice work. Was there ever a predator done in 1:18 or 3 3/4 ?

Hot Toys made a bunch of 4" Alien and Predator figures a few years ago and last year released several of the Aliens Marines plus Ripley. Most are pretty expensive now but Ripley and Drake are still reasonable.

"If it bleeds, we can kill it"

Nice customs.

What about Jesse "the body" Ventura?

21st Century needs to jump on this:
Action/TV/Movie Stars that have gone into politics:

As already mentioned, Arnold and Jesse
-Ronald Regan (wasn't he in some WWII pics?)
-Fred Grandy (Love Boat's "Gopher")
-Hillary Clinton (Terminator IV: Kill Bill)
-Clint Eastwood (Was or may still be Mayor of Carmel, CA)
-Fred Thomson (TV star)

Anybody think of anybody else?

Great work Blaster! am looking forward to seeing him with old painless! if you are using Marauder inc's one you can easily add elastic straps to the back pack.

Looking forward to the rest of the team! :D
