Jay, if you only knew how close it really was. I hope that 21st or Admiral will make some of these artillery pieces for us. I like that you chose a British piece for your entry. To all of your credit, you now have something in your collections that NONE of the rest of us have! Again good job to all of you and I am truly humbled by your skill and artistry.

Just wanted everyone to know that this past weekend I got my contest winnings from KAMIKAZE. Thanks again! I went straight to my wife and said, "see...all of those long hours locked up working on this contest paid off...in your face mama!!"
I am going to sit on winnings until AT comes out with the F-4.
Thanks again KAMIKAZE!!!

How about something more unique that the modelmakers haven't touched - boats. This would include WWII landing craft up through the big ships. Even allows for bizarre pieces like a modern SE Asian pirate squad in a small outboard boat  . Think you could get some real creative juices flowing.

Contest Sign Up

Post by lightning2000 » Mon Jul 30, 2007 3:11 pm

Hi,
I'm not all that well versed on the capabilities of this forum but I was just wondering if someone could create a separate contest sign up thread. The thread would have to include the following information:

Contestant's Name
Contestant's Callsign on this forum
Contact Information (if we have to send them prizes)
Diorama scale they plan to build and enter

This would make it far easier to follow the entire process rather than having to review multiple threads.
