There was a guy here several years ago named "Mig29" who did all those things to his Hornet....opening speed brakes, dropping and retracting flaps and slats, opening fuel probe and door, boarding ladder. It was amazing....wish I knew where he was now?

I have 2 BBI F/A-18C. Would like to have 1 bomber and 1 fighter, so:

- GBU-12 Paveway II smart bombs (kit with 4 pieces)

- AAS-38A Laser Target Designator / Rangefinder

- AIM-7M Sparrow (kit with 4 pieces)
or
- AIM-120C AMRAAM Slammer (kit with 4 pieces)

But for the bomber version, the GBU-16 would also be OK: it has the same shape but is bigger (1000 lb when the GBU-12 is 500 lb), a kit with 2 pieces would be sufficient. But I don't know if they have been seen on a F/A-18...

Nice pic, Supersonicfi, a T/FLIR can also be seen. Do you know if the 3 smart bombs are the 500 or the 1000 lb? And where is the flare box located ?

Thanks, dannyc. If I'd been carefully looking at my Hornets... don't understand why I missed this, could also think about supersonicfifi's pic and guess where the flare started from...
Back to our wishes to make a better assault load, the link http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.p ... 215&page=2 Skorzeny's gave is interesting. When scrolling down, and through all pages, I saw some Sparrow, AMRAAM, Harpoon missiles and GBU-12 and JDAM bombs. Everything for a nice firework, but no T/FLIR. And a simple work to tweek BBI's Navy SEALS into deck crew (I made some with the 21st Century Vietnam tank/helicopter crew figure, my helmets simply made with putty are ridiculous).
