21C & JSI German Tank Commander Headsets
21C & JSI German Tank Commander Headsets
Just curious to know if the headsets from the 21C & JSI German tank commanders are removable or easy shaven off with an X-acto knife?

The 21st German tank commanders headsets and hats are part of the head sculpt. If you cut off the headset
you'll have no ears on the figure.
It wasn't until the Max Rode figure showed up that you had a tank commander who's head set was removable,
along with his hat.
With this figure you can remove the headset from the hat by shaving it off with x-acto knife.
With the first issue (small) black uniformed and the second (larger) black uniformed tank commander figures,
your best is to change heads.

These 3 21st tankers are the series 1 small, 2 larger and series 2 larger with changed head.

Okay, what are we looking at in that picture? That doesn't look like any Panzer I know.

The figure with the peak cap has headphones that are removable. This is the figure that was the XD winter tanker, the fall cammo ones that came with the first Panzer IV, and that green tanker. There are a couple pegs where the ears would be, but with some skill, it is likely they could be carved into passable ears.
