How do you make gun barrels for wings?

I was curious to know what type of material I need to use to make new gun barrels for wings.

Thin brass tubing. You can get it at almost all hobby shops and at Ace Hardware.

I use electrical connector pins they look perfect (the hollow ones)

If you can get the aluminum tubing it is much easier to cut! I made the switch a few months ago and will never go back.

Did somebody try with surgical injection needles? Ask your doctor, he sure has several size/diameter/caliber. But don't tell him "I need an 1:18 308 cal. needle..."
