Panzer IV Almost done! New pics. 12/03/10

Post by flyboy_fx » Fri Oct 08, 2010 8:44 pm

LMK how it looks,
The Schurzen brackets where custom made from aluminum... I did not scale up from a model so the dimensions may be off... I just made them from looking at pictures...

Flyboy, your Panzer IV is looking Great!!
I like the look of 21st Euro Panzer IV with it's turret armor and side skirts but I think the individual armor panels / skirts you've made make it more realistic.
Do the other side of the tank and you'll one battle hardened Panzer. Great work!!!!!

I must say the Squigily line camo scheme is not one of my favorites. But this custom looks Bad Ass so far. Can't wait to see the finished results.

Brillient!! The paint scheme is great, the side skirt are good too, and the weathering, I love the result.
You might need to paint those road wheels in black, that's pain!!

Flyboy, Your Panzer IV is bass kickin!!! Paint and weathering are excellent, the turret numbers look as if they were painted in the field by the crew. As for the road wheels........don't paint em... use a black sharpie fine point, works great and less time then painting without the clean up.
Great job,
Normandy
