Looking for a good airbrush, and compressor

Post by snake » Wed May 20, 2009 6:27 pm

I am looking to buy an airbrush, and compressor to do some painting, and coating.
I have been out of model building for close to twenty years now.I used to be pretty good at it,and could get some impressive results with my airbrush.
I had a Paasche airbrush,with a small compressor.The compressor was a little noisy,but small.
20 years later, asking for some input into what would be a good combination.
Intermediate airbrush, with a small, preferably quiet compressor.I could go down to my local hobby store,or check online, but am asking you guys what you would recommend.
Paasche,Badger,Testors etc.As important,a small quiet,quality compressor.
Looking forward to your expert responses.

I'm in the market for a decent hobbyist compressor that won't require an arm and leg myself.
