I have three pm's in my out basket. Why aren't they being delivered?

I also can't figure out howto contact 'the administrator' or the 'moderator'.

I think you have to PM the administrator and the moderator

Problem solved. The pm's remain in the outbox until read. It apparently is different from what I'm used to with email.

My pms aren't going through
