Question

Post by Quixote511 » Wed Oct 06, 2004 6:36 am

I use AOL at home and IE here at work. For some reason, I can get on fine at work and not at all at home. Any clues---do I need to delete cookies or something?

It should work on AOL... maybe it's an older AOL browser? And even though you use AOL, you should still be able to use Internet Explor at home when you're signed into AOL and on the net.

AOL doesnt seem to work

Post by krieglok » Wed Oct 06, 2004 7:59 pm

I jumped to my Microsoft Explorer to see if it works. With AOL, I have to log in at each page and it still doesnt show me as on. Is there something qwith AOL that I can take care of at my end? Thanks to P51 for the "regrouping" site for the regiment...

That's weird. Is it an older AOL?

I am using AOL 9.0. I can still work from MS Explorer which isnt a problem. If I go through AOL, the board continually requests login over and over again. I wonder if it is a setting with my AOL....

Congrats on a seemingly instant success P-51. My only gripe, thus far, is that I have to relog in every visit I've made. That's annoying... VERY annoying. I've clicked the option to log me in automatically, but it's not working or the settings changes require a relog in.

Not sure...

Hopefully it's nothing or will be fixed.

Right now though things look pretty good otherwise.
