Anyone out there ever made a Staff car? If so what do you use for the flag pole on the front of the car?
Thanks

Flags and insignia differed by unit and the rank of the officer. These little pennant flags were covered when the car was stationary.

But how do you put the pennant flag poles on the car? I have been using the flags from the Patton car but run out of those poles.

Most hobby shops sell small brass tubing. Drill a compatable hole in the fender of the staff car insert tubing. Super glue from under the fender. Finish off with a standard BB. I have done several of these and it will give you the look you want.

Digger, They are made by testor or so the back of the sheet says. I got the sheets form the board memeber longrifle. I always ment to ask him where he got them from, but I never did. I believe I will do that asap. If you find out before I do post the info and I will do the same.

Thanks! They are sweet and work great. I will try to track them down.
Wait, now that I think about it they could be custom decals if they were on a Testor's sheet...

Thats what I was thinking also. I might try to scan the flags that I have left. If they copy well I can email you the image and you could try and print a set of your own.
