Found a nice modern special operations reference page. See SpecwarGear.com.
There are some in-the-field type photos but most I've seen before. The real gem is in the Gear and Equipment section where there are photos of individual pieces of gear sorted by type and use. The Survival Gear page is my favorite, it has a few types of SEAL life jackets, flares, stobe lights, interesting stuff. The other gear pages have weapons, armor, helmets, hats, gloves, knifes, packs and other modern special operations type gear.

Yea it`s a great site,use it myself a lot. As well as the real deal,you also get to see Airsofters wearing either original kit or copies of certain pieces of kit. Still works well for ref material
