Didn't realize they were still producing any more Eagles on the production lines ?
Or is this just an upgraded Strike Eagle, that has already been produced.
Lots of new gadgets, including new engines, capable of producing 30,000 pounds of thrust each.
And the payload it can carry is significantly greater than the original Strike Eagle. Hauls an awful lot to the battlefield, being in the air to air mode, or air to ground.
I for one, hope to see the awesome F-15 Eagle in the skies for a few more decades.
