Under the current administration, that will happen. I think, in addition to the stolen secrets our government has allowed to be stolen, plus our government's allowal of forces to be reduced, we must keep in mind China's navy is much cheaper to build but its quality will always be lacking. Just my opinion. Where's Ronald Reagan when you need him?!

That just means more targets to make artificial reefs.
Plus, they don't have a rail gun....
