Small Scale Military Headquarters

If this is authentic and not something someone made up, I have only one question: What idiot donated this to Goodwill

A Relative of General Curtis Lemay donated one of his footlockers with his name on it to our Museum. It's post war and empty, likely from his early days at SAC but still is priceless.

The authenticity would have to be somehow verified. If it was real, I'd think the Air Force Museum would want it.
