That 1/6 German motorcycle and side car is a rare item... Getting one for $5 would be an absolute steal!

Stuff spiked since I first looked. The Stuka is up to $61. The cycle/sidecar has almost four days left. The last minutes will decide.

Axis,
You seem to have the best luck with the Goodwill Auction site.
Do you have any bids on the items?

Bad thing on some of the auctions is the shipping the charge for the west coast stores for us boys on the east coast...

I've placed no bids on any of it.

Shipping is definitely an issue. You gotta get a real good deal to offset it. California is bad but Oregon is the worst. Columbia Willimette has the best stuff but as soon as I see it's from them, I move on. They had a WWII canteen I could have won for $9 but the shipping and handling charge was almost $24  . They seem to price gouge on shipping and have high "handling charges" added. I know they're there to make money but they get the stuff for free. What they get for items should make high handling charged unnecessary.

I agree against the high handling charges.
Years ago they would just put this stuff out on their shelves just like anything else and make no profit.
I want them to make something on items like this and fund their cause.
But I don't want to foot the WHOLE bill...

Odd.
Very odd. I'd say the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Some people are going to be disappointed. :( Gonna have some 'splainin to do. Also odd is the estimated shipping is more than 2 1/2 times as much to my zip on eBay as their site.
