I do not know exactly how to but you guys need to block his I.P. address to block him for good. Otherwise he can just continue to create a new account and do the same crap to everyone.

Would that work if he has access to more than one PC? I think not.

EBay should be doing something about this guy. More than one identity should not be allowed. They only exist for scamming members. Not good.

Could someone post instructions as to how exactly, do you "block" this guy from bidding? That would be greatly appreciated.

Just google ebay block list. Should give you a link to your block list. Or it does in mine.

Just a heads up to everybody...

-1st, thanks for tip on how to block, I got that done! Here's a link to the instructions:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/manage_bidders_ov.html

-2nd, I tried to block all 6 ID's as listed on this thread. 2 "wcusmc" & "pcj240ross" show up as invalid, so he may have closed those accounts. But the other four successfully blocked!

Here is one link, he did the same thing to me with my P-51 Bunnie. Left me negative feedback to after I gave a second chance offer to someone else because he couldnt pay. I contacted ebay and they said that he is currently being investigated.

Honestly if ebay isnt going to do anything the best thing you can do is block all his ID's so he cant bid on your items. I posted them at the bottom.

Im the guy who has had issues with him also.

Here is one thread:

I think these are all the threads about him.

He has at least five ID's.

LET THIS BE A WARNING TO EVERYONE. BLOCK THIS GUY SO IT DOESNT HAPPEN TO YOU TO.

I just tried to block these avatars and wcusmc and pcj240ross did not take.

The jerk even said that the wcusmc handel was stated in his first e-mail that is the avatar/ name he used when he sells.

I tried wcusmc in caps as well.

Other than Jack of Skyjerks this guy is the scurge of the 1/18 scale world.

Those two did not come up as sellers, they cannot be blocked as buyers, so my guess is that he has had those two removed by Ebay or he canciled them due to bad feedback.

Hey PH, back to the topic at hand on your collection. Do you have any modern figures and weapons for sale in your collection? And did I read right that you were taking orders again for your other items?

By blocking his I.P. address you are blocking all computers at that I.P. address. If he gets on the internet at different places than no that would not work but it would on the I.P. addresses that he has listed and even if he created another account it would still block him. Ebay does need to do something about this as it seems rather fishy but getting them to actually do something will take time. But no matter how many P.C.'s he has at his address by blocking the I.P. it will block them all from that address so if the guy is only getting online like myself at home that would effectively throw a wrench in his games he likes to play.

Ok, now this guy has listed almost all of the 21st Century AC and the rare BBI. He has $9,000 shipping on some of them and all stock photos or pirated photos - none of his own.

Matthew:

I wasn't pissed at you as much as I was confused!

In the case of the Catmouth Hellcat, you PM'd me saying you had the plane and that I should contact you to arrange a deal. Again, you were the one who sent me the PM after I had posted I was looking for one. So I was a bit confused why you sold it on Ebay when you had initially asked me if I wanted it. You didn't even give me a chance to make you an offer on the aircraft, which would have been close to what you got for it on Ebay.

I'm sorry if I came off angry but I didn't think it was right that you PM'd me first and asked if I wanted it then went and sold it on Ebay. Even if you had PM'd me saying "Hey I decided to sell this on Ebay, bid on it there" I would have felt better about the entire thing. But that didn't happen. I was left in the dark and then it showed up on Ebay which left me confused.
