Greetings:

Kind of a bit irritating to be needing something, have been looking for it, willing to pay good money for it because it is worth something for someone (in this case me) have in their collection and have someone tell them they don't have one but then find the exact same person listing it on Ebay along with some other stuff they apparently didn't have.

Very frustrating, wasn't even given the chance to make an offer on the piece in question which would have been very fair and in line with current ebay prices. And the people know me here, I like my collection and will pay good money for my pieces. Just a little pissed right now to find this member listing this piece on ebay when I have been hunting around for it, asking other members here and so on.

Would have been nice simply to say "I'm saving it for Ebay or please see my ebay auctions"

Not pleased

I can not remember what Corey was after but at least 10 guys were interested in the P51 Bunnie ,Catmouth Hellcat , Red tulip Me-109 and Eagleston P-47.

I did not even know if I had a spare Bunnie or for that matter a Catmouth Hellcat.

I found them !!! But I figured if that many people wanted them and they are sought after that much why not offer them to everybody.

So I put them on e-bay.

Sorry Corey if this pissed you off .

I HATE that I even have to sell any of my collection.

If things were good with me financially I would not be selling any of my stuff.

HOPEFULLY BUY PUTTING THEM ON E-BAY I WILL GET THE MOST MONEY FOR THEM.

Call it greed or what ever you want I NEED to get top dollar for my items otherwise I would not be doing this.

Again I am sorry if this action upset you Corey.

Who knows, the prices may stay low so you could still be able to get what you want.

Or do not bid because you are pissed.

Believe me when I tell you nothing personal just financial .

If YOU were behind 2 months on ALL of your house bills your opinion on this matter would change .

You need to fill that slot in your collection. I need to put bread on the table.

The bad news continues.

I double sold my 154 Zero. I do not even have one for myself now.

Buckyroo was the first to jump on it and he has paid for it via paypal. So by all rights it will go to him.

I also do not have a Eileen P-47D either . A Peg-O -My -Heart was confused for the Eileen    I do not have have an Eileen for my collection either :?

I am sorry fo these screw ups guys and if you would like another section or want your money back let me know.

Hopefully the screw ups will come to an halt. I have my fingers crossed.

Thank you guys for stepping up to help out a fellow collector.

Again sorry for screwing things up and I will gladly reimburse your money .

Sorry but I do not have a panzer IV in 1/32 scale.

Hey Guys,

Thanks for all of the support. I will be putting the rest of my pieces up on E-bay so everybody will get a chance who are interested.

I will start the bidding at 10 cents about what I bought them for. I will probably do another listing on Tuesday.

ALL OF THE BOARD MEMBER PURCHASES WILL GO OUT TOMORROW.

Thanks for the support in these trying times,

I have been working on projects all day long and did get a chance to take pics.

My last auction went off with major issues.

Some jerk bid on 2 of my highest auctions and won them.

The other two guys paid within minets.

I wait for 3 days no payment.

Then he emails me saying his wife died and he is buying so to help mend his grief. He said it will be a " few weeks " before he can pay.

I email him asking when can you pay ?

2 days go by no answer.

So I call e-bay and tell what is going on. They tell me offer the 2 planes as a second offer to the runners up and submit a auction cancellation.

So I do and one of the runners up pop and paid.

This Sunday this jerk e-mails me telling my request for auction cancellation is denied. Then he paid me.

So I called ebay telling them the situation I am in following there directions. I have sold a item twice.I ask them what to do because I do not wan a negative feedback.

Well they tell sell it to the second guy ( dinner time )

Heya pickel,
I totally feel for you. You have been stung by the "Curtisbehappy" jerk.
It is one of the many usernames he uses. He is the one who listed 1/18 King Tigers and Komet's until the guys on the board called him out.
When asked for pic's his excuse was "my camera is not working".
He seems to buy 1/18 planes at ridiculous bids, only to list them a week later at ridiculous "Buy it Now" prices (e.g. BBi Aussie Mustang for $10,000) under another username.
The auctions usually have the pic's stolen from the auction he "won".
He told many stories, he's an injured Vet, dead Wife and he's a Lawyer threatening litigation. His "My ebay" page also had stolen pic's from U.S. Servicemen telling how he was a War Hero and Special Forces expert.
He removed them and shut that user account after the guys on this Forum called him out again.
Contact Ebay and see if you can have the negatives he left you removed.
Cheers

If he puts negative, you can still write a short explication of your side of the story right under his negative.there is not enough room to explain in details but it helps. Also i beleive the negative will be only for one year, after that its gone for good.
Contact the other buyers after they receive the items so they can fallow up with some positive feedback.
That way your percentage as a ebay member will go higher.

If any members here know what names or accounts "Curtisbehappy" goes under so members that want to sell on ebay can block his bids.

Are you kidding me ?

He said that his wife died and some other gibberish.

I will try to get my wife to down load his emails.

If I would have known this ......

Man this just makes my blood boil.

Do you guys have any stuff that I can use against him .

Ebay had taken off the negative feedback then he must have told them a lie so they allowed him to put the negatives back.

Oh, it's that scammer again. I bet he makes a living by scamming on ebay. What a loser. Hope this resolves in your favor.

Matthew,

Here is one link, he did the same thing to me with my P-51 Bunnie. Left me negative feedback to after I gave a second chance offer to someone else because he couldnt pay. I contacted ebay and they said that he is currently being investigated.

Honestly if ebay isnt going to do anything the best thing you can do is block all his ID's so he cant bid on your items. I posted them at the bottom.

Im the guy who has had issues with him also.

Here is one thread:

http://www.warbird-photos.com/gpxd/view ... =1&t=26087

I think these are all the threads about him.

He has at least five ID's.

LET THIS BE A WARNING TO EVERYONE. BLOCK THIS GUY SO IT DOESNT HAPPEN TO YOU TO.
