There's nothing in the auction denoting size or scale but it would have to be at least 1/18 or larger to have an alarm clock.

I actually have one but dropped it off the desk a couple of times and broke a few details off of it. As for size, it would fit about 6 inch figures. The horn works on it when you push the steering wheel down. (If you dont drop it like I did ;-)

So it sounds like about 1/12. Makes sense with the clock under the hood.
