Altaya 1/72 British crusader?

Has anyone seen one of these for sale recently at a decent price? I have been looking for a while and shipping is always so high fomr Europe.

A guy in Spain recently had one up at ebay for $22 not including shipping, I almost got it, guess I should have, they seem to be kinda scarce.
