21stC M7 Priest out on the market?

Post by krieglok » Thu Jul 13, 2006 12:15 am

I received a catalog from Motormint and they show a 1:32 scale M7 Priest for sale. They say it is diecast but they dont say if it is metal or plastic. The figures do not look like 21st guys, but they may be new sculpts. I imagine it is plastic and that it is the 21stC version but it looks a little on the cheesy side. Anyone else see this? They do not show it in their website however...

Probably a New Ray

New Ray makes one, but the brand name differs. I saw one about three weeks ago at a KayBee. It was poorly detailed compared to 21st or FoV items.

Now that you mention it, it might be a New Ray. Does the New Ray M7 have the same square front for the motor/drive like the M3 Lee does? The one in the catalog, my memory serving since I diont have the catalog with me at the moment, seemed to have the proper shape to the front of the hull, but terrible lettering and a dark green finish...

I just saw an M7 on E-bay from a dealer that has it as a pre-order. It scheduled for release on 9/15 per the auction.

Priest Walmart

I saw a picture of a Priest on the back of a 21st box in WalMart B'ham.
Perhaps they will be getting these in the future?

I saw another one listed on e-bay by the previous seller listed but there was no pre-order mentioned and the picture showed a Priest with olive drab and black camo. Anyone else see this or any updates. I pre-ordered one based on the previos pics in only olive drab.

looks good. Too small of course...
Good eye. It looks like a 1:35 Priest with the standard 32x crewman to me. It's a preorder anyways....

I found them at the Wal-Mart in Jefferson City, MO. My question is where was this camo scheme used?
