Dragon armor fakes...

Post by cheesecake » Tue Apr 18, 2006 5:02 am

hello,
i come to begin the dragon armor collection...
i'm french and i order items in the world because it's cheaper than france, even with shipping fees !!!

So, i received two models : 60009, panther G from 11. Pz. Div and the 60005 Jagdpanther in prussia in white scheme.

But, the gun of the jagdpanther don't move ?
It's normal ? early production perhaps ?
But, compared to my jagdpanther n°60007, where the gun move well.
Furthermore, the cables are really less better made on my 60005 !!

Second thing, on the panther, the mg34 is in very bad condition compared to another panther (the 60010 from kurland)...

Thanks for your attention and your answers if you know the existence of fakes

Precision, i order these two models at Taïwan...

Hello Cheesecake,

As far as I can tell you the gun in my 60009 doesn´t move at all.

As for the cables i cannot tell you for sure because is the only Jag that I own. I can tell you though that they really change on the Tigers, being on some of them excellent metallic looking while in others the work is not as ggod.

Hope it helps

Hello cheesecake, it is correct that the gun on the winter Jag does not move up and down, (it doesn't move on the summer version either) not sure about the cables though...but Dragon did start out with plastic cables, and then moved to the metal ones...I'll double check my Jags tonight (I have all four) and let you know.
