Dragon Warbirds Rares?

Post by gehena » Wed Mar 29, 2006 5:42 am

Hi, I came into this forum because I collect 1/72 dragon armor tanks (also some FOV). Reading some posts I am starting to get interested on the Warbirds series from Dragon.

What models do you think can be considered as rares? I mean, I know that talking about tanks the 60001, carius, CH dual wittman, etc. are pretty "rare"

Thanks!

Well, I'm not too sure about the "rare" category for this one, but Dragon's first Warbird release...Chuck Yeager's P-51D Glamorous Glenn III would be one of the hotter birds right now. Another P-51D, Big Beautiful Doll will demand a bit higher price. Also their Graff FW-190A was a limited edition through Cyber Hobby and fetches a pretty good price on ebay but it has been pretty hard to find as of late. And their Rudel FW-190D (Cyber Hobby) was limited too, and is a popular item for collectors, but hard to find also. Hope this helps, I may be missing something, but I'm sure someone on the forum will fill in the blanks! :D
