1/144 21st Century Check List

Post by JollyRoger » Tue May 12, 2015 8:13 pm

My apologizes if this was posted before, I do not recall seeing it.
At the height of 21st Century / Ultimate Soldier's being in business they were making aircraft in 1/18, 1/32, 1/48 and 1/144 scales. Many of the markings on particular aircraft were the same for all the different scales.
We are just talking about 1/144 scale from here on.
The single pack's were the first ones released in 2006 with the P-51D LOU IV being the first. They usually were released in groups of four. The first set being the P-51D, ME 262, Ki84 and Hellcat. Midway thru the singles run the 2 pack "DOG FIGHT" series began.
There were 12 different aircraft that had 46 different paint schemes. The aircraft were: 5 different P-51D's, 6 Hellcats, 5 Me 262A's, 5 Ki84, 2 FW-190A-5's, 5 FW-190-A-8's, 4 A6M2 type 11/21 Zero's, 3 A6M3 type 22 Zero's, 1 P-47 Bubbletop, 2 P-47 Razorbacks, 3 SBD Dauntless', and 5 Spitfires. Only 4 aircraft with the same paint schemes were used in both the single and 2 pack sets.
The molds were not in the same caliber as F-TOYS or CafeReo but could be very acceptable and actually cleaned up very nice by making a few fine adjustments. One would be thinning down the landing gear doors.
One can only imagine what could have been ( shrinking down the 1/18 Corsair, P-40, Avenger, P-38, F-86 ect.) if the company stayed in business.

That's cool JR. Don't think I've ever seen a checklist for these, and with pics.
I have much of it, but it would be good to check and see what I'm missing.

Thanks. I have seen a listing before but can't remember where and it was not as well organized. I think I have all of the planes but now I can check

Your welcome guys, let me know if you need a close up shot of any of the planes, I would be happy to post them up.
Let me add this note that should have been in the initial thread.
This check list is not from the factory but from what my son and I have gathered. We are avid 1/144 collectors and when we realized these were being produced we diligently searched for them. The ones we have listed are all we could find thru the years. If anyone knows of others please let us know.
