That's awesome! If only I had $460 to spend on something like that. Instead, I'll remain content with my 1:6-ish scale replica of Captain Nemo's diving helmet from the same movie

Still, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea is my all-time favorite Disney movie, animated or live action. 60 years after it was made, the film still looks good and realistic. I know its not completely accurate to the Jules Verne book, but it still captures the look and feel of that story.

The disney version is my favorite. Sadly the only version I could find or afford was the halmark release.

X-toys did one in the past, but I could never find one cheap. I did see a resin kit once that was close to three feet long for a similar price as this one.

I've found some prices closer to $307, but that is still a lot of money for a 15 inch model. Granted, finished and lighted.

There is a larger 39 inch Kaiyodo, prepainted, some assembly required model available for under $150. The portals look like they're frosted. :(
Somewhat suspicious of a description that says it's made of soft vinyl. If that's true, I'd be worried about it's long term value.

With either, I'd like to see some larger, more detailed photos, before taking the 'plunge.'
