Getting close to October. Any new news from Forces of Valor

Post by Fitzy » Fri Sep 12, 2014 2:22 pm

I remember maybe six months ago, someone on the forum spoke to someone from the Forces of Valor Company. The person said around October they were going to come out with some new items in 1/32 scale. Has anyone heard anything new? I have seen some more repaints that would be released in October, but no new models like a jagdpanzer iv or "Wespe". (Just two items on my wish list)

It was me and no nothing new that I have heard about. I have seen Flying Mule and others are starting to get restocks in and calling them new. I stopped holding my breathe. I have since sold off all my 1/32 and went strictly to 1/72.

No worries.
If everything goes right, SELLTOYS co is going to replace them as a suppler for out needs.

I just saw your other entry. I like the scale but no detail. For a background piece ok but for me, too 'toyish.' I'll have to see it in person. I think even with painting and weathering it will still look like a toy. Any idea on price?

Well so what's wrong with toys.If you want a model tank in a plexiglass box up on a shelf get an FOV.If you want a company of Panzers charging across your basement floor I think getting some of these and painting/decaling the way you want will be the way to go even if their headlights are in the wrong position,LOL,Hopefully if this Company makes a go of it we can see some of the tanks everybody but FOV wants to see eg Char Bis,Ansaldo, etc etc.

That's right!
Just paint and detail it if you want more realism.
Pretty good platform to build upon.
Just think of all the new possible releases!?

Sell toys is a substitute potentially for forces of valor not a replacement by any means. If they were a little more detailed they would be a replacement.

I do agree, it is a compromise, but a welcome one!
