Are these Forces of Valor?

Just received the Holiday catalog of "Military Issue". On page 32 are several 1/72 German vehicles. The price seems a little low for Forces of Valor, Dragon, or Hobby Master models. Since they never list the manufacturer, does anyone know if they actually are Forces of Valor? Maybe Altaya? It says they are metal and plastic.

Looks like I may be the only one who gets the "Military Issue" catalog.

I did get the Military Issue catalog and an e-mail last week. I am guessing they are Altaya, IXO or a similar subscription service since the e-mail stated first of a five part series. I am very tempted but I promised myself I have to downsize.
