So am I the only one that thinks this is crazy??? I just bought the same plane from a seller in France for 50 euro's. Why is it going so high? This is the second listing that has sold for over $110 in the last week here in the states.

Is it that rare?

Might have been some shill bidding going on here. Only two guys bidding and one is a newbie.

At any rate, this isn't normal for this plane.

Now someone listed another one $119 buy it now free shipping. I guess if you own one now is the time to make the money-I guess.

 Never never never start bidding against a newbe that has less than say around 10 wins, they still havn't figured out to wait till the last few seconds to make their bid or just bid what they are willing to pay and leave it till end of auction. In this case the other bidder had over 100 wins so don't know what his problem is.There also is a Timmee Plastic tank on ebay that the seller wants $50 for !!!!!

Funny, I have that FW-190 loose in a box somewhere. Time to get it out, get spruced up. Interesting to see one go for so much... $50-$60 would be more like it and even that's pusing it. I mean, the AllGo FW-190 using THE SAME TOOLING was being sold for $10.

Funny note about this scheme - it has Mickey Mouse wielding an axe on the noseart

i doubt you'll get much that guy got the one he wanted. hes probably broke now but i guess it doesn't hurt to try. if there's more people out there that are that interested in 21c what forum are they apart of? i haven't found any other forums that have 1/32 armor on them.

I bought this one and another Fw-190 at Small Joes for less than $20 a piece on sale I do believe back in the day. One of the last few I had to round up.
Gonna have to look for that Mickey with an axe. Guess the Germans liked him a lot, he's on Galland's 109E too.

Looks like the bidder retracted his bid before the 24 hour mark. So its back at $50 a more realistic price. The other two still sold at $119 & $111.

When this started I looked up the bidder with the 189 feedback. He has 46 bid retractions. I never thought eBay would allow this before they ban him.

Once again eBay never does anything about anything.

Not crazy at all on these, that's around what I got for all my 190A's except the one of course 21st/Algo rehashed with the Gentile P-51B, can't hardly give those away. The others, including white 7, went rather quickly and rather high. This stuff does accumulate rarity and increased value, prices don't stay retail forever.

Ebay does very little to nothing to bidders/buyers! They only target sellers for whatever dumbazz reason. I mean cripes a'mighty a seller can't even leave neg or neut fb on a deadbeat bidder! How insane is that? Donowhore is a total imp that has a history of ruining businesses he's been in charge of. Good choice ebay. But now that the tax law is in place ie. $20k & 200 xactions, something ebay faught tooth and nail as well as their company PAYPAL & with good reason...they're hurting. Alot of sellers are bailing and imho the flea market will once again become the dominent market place within the US for the average ebay seller. PLUS, if Congress get's the internet sales tax law in place, and it's looking pretty likely they will, ebay will suffer greatly hence all their emails and announcements about writing your particular legislator announcing your opposition to it. With this I totally agree with ebay as the individual states cannot be told how to collect sales tax iaw each states individual Constitutions.

Ebay is in for dire straits and I don't feel bad for them at all. Their fees are criminal and there outlook and treatment of sellers is downright ludicrous. Without sellers there are no buyers. Pretty simple to understand but then again people with actual economic intelligence are the only ones that get it which ebay policy makers are dumb as a box of rocks.

Crazy was the guy that bid (and won) on my "Yellow 11" Fw190A8 a few years ago... He paid a measly $283 for it... I believe that is the record for a 1/32 21st Century plane.

Especially when you could get the exact same tooling (albeit the "Red 19" Plane) at Tuesday Morning for $10

hell ill buy some red 19 fw 190s and repaint them as the yellow 11 and the white 7. then sell them on ebay. they won't have the right sticker on their box but the paint job would actually be done better.
